This promotion is valid for new ZYM Mobile customers who port in their mobile number from a Singapore telco (excluding Singtel, GOMO, Heya, Vivifi, Zero1, and CMLink) and subscribe to either the Roam Plus 4G or Roam Smart 4G plan.

Eligible customers shall enjoy full credits rebate on the plan they subscribed to on the 4th, 5th and 6th month stay with us.

The 3 free months of subscription will be the 4th, 5th, and 6th full months after your successful port-in and subscription.

For example:
The month of sign-up, even if you sign up on the 9th of May 2025, is considered a prorated month and not counted as the first full month.
o May 2025: Prorated month (not a full month)
o June 2025: 1st full month
o July 2025: 2nd full month
o August 2025: 3rd full month
o September 2025: Free month (4th full month)
o October 2025: Free month (5th full month)
o November 2025: Free month (6th full month)

During the 4th, 5th, and 6th full months, you will be exempt from paying the subscription plan fee for your chosen Roam Plus 4G or Roam Smart 4G plan.

Yes, the port-in promotion is valid until 30 June 2025. You must complete your port-in and subscribe to an eligible plan before this date to enjoy the free months.
